What to do when Norton wrongly highlights perfectly safe links

I often get perfectly safe links marked by Norton as unsafe, which is a real nuisance. How can I tell Norton that they are safe?
And I have just added Facebook to sites being monitored: it now tells me it has identified "dangerous" content - i.e. Weapons!! The "weapon" is the Calcutta Cup, awarded to whoever wins the annual Scotland v England Rugby International!!!

Yes, I was enquiring about Norton Safe Web - Link Guard.
It sometimes even highlights such simple things as dates, which aren't themselves clickable links!
One site it always seems to pick up is sitezoogle.com which is used by a club I belong to for sending out regular newsletters - nothing suspicious in that AFAIK.
Another is badenochstorylands.com - a perfectly legitimate website as far as I can see.

Thanks for the info re how to address it: I'll give that a go.
