Hi!
I have Norton Anti-theft (NAT) with Intel Anti-Theft activated. What will happen if I or someone else replace the harddrive or reinstall windows?
I guess the Intel AT feature will kick in to action when the timer setting runs out, if that is configured.
And am I able to restore Intel Anti-Theft by reinstalling NAT in the new windows installation?
Hi Dellta,
Below are the answers to your questions:

You are right about the timer. There are two possibilities in this case. If Intel Anti-Theft is enabled and the PC was disabled using Norton Anti-Theft website, nobody would be able to boot into the PC unless its unlocked using the password set during the activation. If PC wasn't disabled using the website then it would lock automatically after the timer expires(Configurable using Norton Anti-Theft website).
And am I able to restore Intel Anti-Theft by reinstalling NAT in the new windows installation?
Yes, this is possible.
Thanks,
Triji
