I wish to know if this is a safe APP to use. I have heard different stories but I thought the folks in this forum will be better to listen to. It has been said not to use, WhatsupAPP , it if you were going to talk to someome out side of the company, especially from China, since I believe it came from there.. I will appreciate anyones feedback on this matter.

Given that companies like FaceBook and Google go to major lengths to scrap data and track your every movement I cannot personally recommend it. The data being sent can be and has been intercepted before the point of encryption. The app itself shares data with FaceBook. If you aren't concerned with data scraping the choice is ultimately yours to make. My recommendation is to pass on using the app.
