Norton Suggested i buy ultimate utilities to make my PC efficient. I bought it. Then It is not working. When I click on the clean files it does not work. Why dont they make the software they are promoting all the time work well.

there is 6 major bugs in it now norton nows about it after the 24.3 they is all gone they fix all the bugs in 1 update and add possible 5-7 new thing in the patch also and the clean is one of the bug and the patch has a release before 2025 so take it easy but also call norton maybe a bug maybe try to reinstall it ore remove and reinstall it
If you whant to now more aboute the new thing comming ore the bugs just ask i reportet them my self and i dont has problem whit my produckt
Has you try call norton and is you produckt activate if not there is you problem
I’m having exactly the same issue with elements of Utilities Ultimate locked. Norton has been terrible at not communicating any problems to subscribers and non-existent customer service. I’m due to renew soon and feel we should be offered a refund for its inability to function.
