When I turn on Norton Secure VPN, it disconnects my wifi connection. When I turn it off, it comes back on. I spent several hours trying to remedy this but nothing works. I have used Norton for over 25 years and your service and support has declined to a point I am switching to something else when my subscription runs out.
Hi,
Do you get any kind of error?
You could try re-installing the WAN miniports, that's the only thing I can think atm of and its a pretty straight up process:

Another is to mess with the Surfeasy certificate, I just cant find the right steps for it.
No, in settings it shows wifi secure, no internet. When I turn VPN off it comes back on.
When you say it disconnects your wifi, are you able to connect to the internet? If so, what you may be seeing is that when you start the VPN, the network icon in the Windows system tray changes from the wifi icon to an ethernet icon. This is indicating that the VPN tunnel is connected and on my system it also shows the wifi network that is being used. There is nothing wrong in this case.
