when logging into parent mode error message

To start at the begining

1)got the premier trial version of norton family

2)Device 1 got added to devices no problem 

3) device 2 shows an error message when logging into parent mode that this device is associated with a different user account and to login into manage.norton.com

$) I went to the website and logged in but cannot see any of my devices there.

5) i tried loading the device by sending a setup e-mail through family.norton.com but the existing installation on the device is blocking my entry to play.google.com to setup
