I had 2 private sessions with you on 11/7/13 and 11/19/13 in which you saw the speed hit that Internet access takes with Norton Family running. I actually removed Norton Family and showed you how much faster Internet access was without it. And also the problem where 2 instances of the browser process open up in a monitored account, and they don't go away when you close the browser window. Also the "can't change account email, ever" / Norton Family Server is temporarily unavailable problem, even on a reinstall. And on and on.
When are we going to start seeing some fixes to address these issues? I'm getting complaints about the speed every day.
