I am trying to download a file (Windows 7, both 64- and 32-bit), but it gets removed by Norton. I turned Download Intelligence off, and was able to download and install the app, but when I put Download Intelligence on again, the file was deleted in Windows Explorer, and All Programs. How and where do I put an exception for this particular file (which is entirely safe)?
