In testing, I added a category of web blocking and when I visited the test site - I checked the box at the bottom of the Norton Family splash page that says something to the effect that the CHILD wishes to have the site re-categorized.
I expected to see some sort of hint in the logs that the child has checked this box (it does not apparently exist). I expected this so that IF the parent agrees, they can click a built-in link to submit the request to Norton. It looks like the CHILD'S request to recategorize might have been sent directly to Norton (without the parent's knowledge) - which is not what I would consider ideal.
What if a child clicks that box EACH AND EVERY TIME they visit a blocked site? Your product needs to insert the parent in the middle of any such requests. There needs to be a web notification / log of wanting to recategorize a site - that the parent must consent to.
