Where is Norton's "ear"?

It's very hard to find a way to communicate with Norton.

 

The preferred method is Chat. 

The last time I used Chat, the Norton web site:

(1) crashed my browser;

(2) un-activated my Norton System Works;

(3) turned off my Norton Internet Security firewalls.

 

Ruling out Chat, I turned to email. 

It was very difficult to find any combination of "subject" and "product"

which would actually permit me to send an email. 

I had to tell several "white lies" because

(1) My subject was not one of the allowed subjects.

(2) My product (Norton Partition Magic) was not one of the allowed products.
