Where is the NIS 2012 Firewall log kept?

I am running NIS v19.6.2.10 on WIndows 7 Ultimate x64.  Where is the NIS firewall log stored.

 

I cannot access the hyper-v host management applet from this Windows 7 workstation, unless I turn off the firewall on this machine.  I am unable to determine what firewall rules to open/create without seeing what is blocking my access.

 

I see no reference to a firewall log in the current NIS2010 screens.  Where is the firewall kept?
