While playing Battle pirates, a facebook game from kixeye, I can not see the battle that opens up

when entering combat in the Kixeye game Battle Pirates it says that I will not be able to view the battle, and I can’t. What exclusions or possible settings do I need to make/change in order to be able to see and control the fleet battles again?
