I've been a norton customer since the early 90's with the earliest version of Norton Utilities.
I've been a registered user for years of Symantec products.
This screw up with Firefox and the Norton Toolbar is really getting to me.
It's not so much that it's not working, it's that this company that I'm paying to provide services to me is not giving me any support or information regarding this product...
Unless this company drops it self imposed silence and decides it has to service it's customers this will be my last year as a customer !!!
There is just no excuse for not reaching out to your customers with an explanation and any potential fixes AS SOON AS A PROBLEM OCCURS !!!
