Why are there no partner programs available for small businesses dealing with consumer level Symantec products? I am disabled and run a small one-man operation out of my home. I build, rebuild, clean (both software and hardware) and repair PCs. I am a Microsoft Registered OEM Partner (a program that does scale down to a business of my size). With Symantec, if I'm not buying or selling 100's of "Enterprise" licences at a time I get no breaks on purchasing and I end up stuck with the same crappy overseas tech support they pawn off on the average consumer whos only tech solution is to uninstall and reinstall the software until it finally works or I hang up and spend 2-3 hours figuring it out myself. Over the last 8 years, I have purchased or specified the purchase of more than 800 Norton consumer level product licences. Come on Symantec, how about some help for the little guys out here!
