Why can i no longer whitelist my application

Why can i no longer whitelist my application, is there an announcement for this a google search found nothing ?

I'm an indie software developer, annoyingly sometimes Norton Antivirus has flagged issues with my application, but by submitting new releases to whitelist the applications are verfied and this problem is solved. But now when I go to whitelist my latest version I find there is no longer an option to whitelist, only for users to a false positive.

This is an issue as a user has said that Norton is incorrectly flaging my application as having Trojan.Sibakdi , my application is availble is called Jaikoz

I cant do the false positive process myself as I am not a Norton user, and I do not wish to install it since last time I i did it was a nightmare to get rid off.

I dont know, but I pay enough for it so if it isnt I am certainly not going to go to anything more expensive

okay, thanks Ive followed your instructions and submitted false postive  so hopefully that will solve issue.

FWIW the first link recommends signing, I do pay for a digital certificate twice a year and digitally sign my application

I do not have experience with certificates, but from that link I read about a category 3 certificate. Is that the level you subscribe to?
