Hello @Randy1
You’re reporting that Norton 360 download - norton_360_online_setup
- also installs Norton Private Browser.
Maybe, you missed Private Browser default install checkbox.

Note: I’ve not tested Norton 360 → Norton Private Browser default install. I imagine Norton Private Browser default install is listed with W11 Apps → Installed apps → Uninstall
Please post your progress

AI Overview
Norton Private Browser (NPB) uninstalls and leaves behind a profile. By default, NPB’s profile data, including bookmarks, passwords, and history, is deleted during uninstall. However, you can retain this data by unchecking the “Also delete your browsing data” option during the uninstall process according to Norton .
Here’s a more detailed explanation:
When you uninstall NPB, it removes the browser application itself, but it typically leaves behind the user profile data.
By default, uninstallation will delete your browsing data like bookmarks, passwords, and history.
To retain your browsing data for a potential future reinstall, you must uncheck the “Also delete your browsing data” option during the uninstall process.
The profile data is stored in the AppData\Local\Norton\Browser
folder.
Norton states that the profile data is deleted by default, but you can choose to retain it.
