I have Norton 360, which includes Secure VPN, but whenever I try to turn on Secure VPN, I keep getting the message "Secure VPN has experienced a connection failure. Please try again later." I have read through the answers for the same topic that is now closed, and I have tried the various solutions to no avail. The one answer that may work concerned ISP settings (child safe), but I was lost as to how to get to these settings on my computer. The Secure VPN on my laptop is turned on, so I do not think it's a router issue. I think it may be a network device issue with this desktop computer, which I just purchased.
Thanks! The device manager solution worked!
