For the past 2 days, when I power on my system, NS does not start. If I go to Chrome, ID safe will not open as I see that NS is not loaded. If I restart Windows 10, all is OK. It is like NS is getting an update and will not let it run without rebooting. However, doesn't Norton tell you if/when you need to boot?
