This morning I tried to access my vault and could not. I do not use it often, but if I do I need it in a hurry. When the identity safe password section keeps asking me for my password and not let me in I get impatient and frustrated. Getting help would require someone to enter my computer and take control, meaning loss of time and patients. I need to be able to contact customer support and get result in an instant when an issue arises without someone bisecting my computer. How will I know that the person on the other end is trustworthy enough to be given access to my personal security affairs? I paid over $300.00 to have technical support but will not ask to have the technician enter my computer in order to give access to my vault. Call me paranoid, but when I intend to get access to my vault that I have paid good money for I expect to have entry or else have this service cancelled and a refund issued. Why is there not an easy method to contact customer service via e-mail and have a quick resolution issued? Under CONTACT US there should be a highlighted e-mail address to Norton Support where a quick solution is processed swiftly when it is apparent that the problem is with Norton Security access.
