One thing you might check is that you do not have Caps Lock on.
Next time you log into the community, be sure you check the box to "Keep me logged in". That way you will not have to log in every time you come here.

No CAPS. Checked the box to keep me logged in. The only way I can get in is by using the password reset utility. Even that is faulty because it tells me that my passwords don't match, but then lets me log in anyway.

Sorry to but in, but I have an idea to try, as it sounds a bit (just a bit) like a problem I once had.
brh56, after you log in, go to the top right and select "My Settings", then "Personal Profile" and "Auto Login Options" - there choose to turn off auto login. Then back out and "Sign out". Restart your browser and log in again. Now reverse the process and enable auto login.
See if that helps. It did for me, I hope it does for you, though I am not terribly confident.
All the best and don't forget to let us know how you get on whatever you do.
Nope. Turned off auto login. The only way I can log in is by means of password reset.

I this website doesn't even let me log in, what are my chances of resolving my other issue with Norto Ghost 15?

PMJI But if you are not logged in how can you post? I thought guests could only read ......
Not sure if this might have a bearing on your issue. Try clearing your browser cache. You can Google for instructions or post your browser here and someone will provide instructions.
In message number 1,4 and 7 I did mention that the only way I can log in is by means of the password reset utility.
I did clear the cache and remove all Norton-related cookies, still no luck.
