Every year about this time my norton fails and I am asked to pay more money even though my subscriptionb is paid in full. I cant get my norton to do its job and no one at norton will help unless I buy a new subcscription. Norton plays these games every year and the people lie to me and play games and I continually get screwed and loose the use of my computer for a week or so untill Iget some moron at norton to fix it. Now I just want my freakin money back. I suffer from PTSD am a disabled for life veteran and dont need these ggames or stress. Why cant norton just simply do it job?
