We have been developing and distributing online games for five years now. Following a recent release we have a number of users complaining that Norton SONAR detects and deletes our game. Needless to say the users are both worried and annoyed. Our software contains NO malicious whatsoever. All we can do is recommend users remove Norton or complain to you as this behaviour (removing access to legitimate software) is more akin to a virus that a virus checker.
I have searched this forum and come across similar postings. The problem has clearly not been resolved. EXACTLY WHAT DO WE DO TO STOP THIS AS IT IS LOSING US MONEY?
