Why doesn't my password mobile unlock ever work?

Issue abstract: I have set up the mobile unlock for my password manager 18 zillion time and it never works.

Detailed description: I always have to type in my password. I get an error message that asks if I want to resend a message to my phone. I’ve tried using Safari and Firefox, but it doesn’t matter. I started using Norton Private Browser thinking that it would surely work, but it doesn’t.

What is the error message you are seeing?
None. I never get a message on my phone asking me if I want to unlock the password manager on my laptop.

Q: I can use face id on my phone. Can I set up the fingerprint feature to unlock the vault on my computer?

You might have to try removing your phone from the Passwordless setup. The setup the phone again and try registering that to Passwordless setup.
