I do not use Norton in anyway, shape or form. I have never install it on this (my) computer, nor installed anything which includes anything from your company (i don't think you deliver your software in this way but still). I am the only user of my computer.
Now i get a 'Norton Security Scan' program popping up saying welcome, your not protected, la-di-da, and there is a folder under the same name ('Norton Security Scan') in my programs files. I WANT TO KNOW WHY! The folder in programs files is only 12MB, i doubt any of your anti-virus software is actually this small.
Where did this come from? And Why?
I would just simply uninstall it, but since i never installed it, i'm angry.
Why has this been forced onto my computer. I would never allow Norton onto my computer (no offence to your company, just matter of opinion) and It is not a new computer so its not a default thing, it has never been there before. Explain how.
