Why have I been billed?

Why have I been billed? I’ve just received an automated email saying:- “Thank you for ordering from the Symantec Store. We hope that you had a pleasant shopping experience”. I haven’t ordered anything from the Symantec Store. Not only that, it’s dated the 23rd November, 2011. What can I do to stop Symantec charging this unauthorised transaction to my credit card account? This is wrong…
