I have this irritating pop up that appears on the my screen and stays on top of everything until it finally goes a way for no apparent reason. I can’t close it. It’s only partially on the screen. And I’m considering scrapping all Norton products because their pop ups are so enfuriating!

Yep - I am also getting the same problem on both Win PC and Dell Laptop.
On PC, only part of popup now shows on left hand side of screen meaning the Close option is hidden and popup stays on top of anything else displayed v.annoying.
On laptop the Close button sometimes fails to close the popup and freezes the display.
