Display problem with 360 control panel and popups - oversized
Detailed description: 360 control panel and popups are oversized like they are zoomed. I do not have this problem with anything else. Sometimes it’s okay but most of the time they are oversized. Some of the options on the left side bar are inaccessible. I can’t close the popup because the “X” is off screen. I have to wait on it to time out. Restarting the PC will sometimes fix it but it comes back
Product & version number: Can’t get to it because of the display problem. It should be the latest. Live Update is on.
OS details: 2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5055627)
What is the error message you are seeing? No error messages, display problem
If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:
there are ass of now minimum 8 bugs in the 25.4 just ass you now maybe it is one of them they is working on a patch now the 3 biggest is the vpn can auto disable and the browser extensions dont work and safecam can disable the webcam in windows the other is miner but there is coming a patch before 25.5 and the set up protecktion also got a bug
Thanks for the update. Hopefully this display problem will be addressed. Seems like the problems started about the time the user interface was changed.

Yes, my display issue was only with Norton…and my fix was to fiddle with Scale, Display resolution & Text size and a few machine restarts (not Shut down) to get my Norton 360 user interface normal size.
It not a screen resolution problem. Norton is the only app with this problem. The problem will usually go away with a restart of the PC but it always comes back at some point. It’s a bug in Norton. It’s been there quite some time.
I you look at my prior post with the screen shot you’ll see a normal display after I had restarted the PC.
Yes I reviewed your screenshots. I always do prior to posting a reply. That is why asking if you have changed your resolution and tested for the issue not returning might correct the issue. There IS a conflict between your resolution and what Norton expects from the OS.
I’m NOT saying its not a Norton issue, just offering a different perspective on a solution that works and continues to work. Ending your support headaches until Norton finds a permanent solution and makes it available to all of us.
The screen resolution hasn’t changed since the computer was initially set up - 2560x1440.
I understand what you are saying but I don’t want to change resolution for something I rarely look at. If I need to get into Norton settings or other areas, I’ll restart the PC. Meanwhile, I’ll wait on Norton to fix the problem.
I just had a reply from a Norton employee. I ran SupportTool.exe from the Norton program folder.
