How to PERMANENTLY turn OFF Norton Pop Ups!

I tried to take a Win snip capture to show here, but when I click new on snip the Norton Popup disappears (?) but comes back after I close snip. Have no idea what kind of window they are using but it’s horrible.

Yes, some Norton pop-up notices since v24 cannot be Win snip’d.

Yes, some Norton pop-ups since v24 can only be captured with a phone.

It displays partially off the screen and there’s no way to close it. And it just sits there in the way. I tried going in Win11 Settings and changing the display Zoom scale back to 100% (since 15" laptops come with resolution text too small for the screen size).

Yes, I’ve needed to tweak Windows → Accessibility → Text size + Restart machine…when Norton 360 renders too large.
