Why is it so difficult to Contact Norton in Australia or actually resolve anything on their website?

I want to cancel my annual subscription within 60 days of renewal and have been onto the website which keeps sending you around in circles making it virtually impossible to cancel the subscription when based in Australia.  I thought Norton was a global company.  Seems that this is not the case at all.  Norton's policy includes a refund policy within 60 days for annual renewals that you are meant to be able to access and obtain the cancellation and refund. I have spend 2 hrs trying to resolve but am getting absolutely nowhere.  This is for Norton 360 antivirus premium.  I am cancelling as Norton's security is based on Windows 10 and 11 background security which is freely available when you have Windows 10 or 11. In fact the Windows security is business grade and supposedly far superior to Norton's. It would be nice if someone from Norton could contact me.  I will wait and see.  By the way the functionality of the Norton website is daft at best.
