It doesn't matter what browser I use - IE9/10/11, Chrome 31x - the toolbar may or may not work or it may work in one but not the other. Apparenty it doesn't matter what the OS is either since I've experenced the problem with both Vista Home Premium SP2 and Windows 7 Ultimate SP1. Can someone at Norton please explain why when Identity Safe was moved to the pain-in-the-**bleep** cloud it became so unstable and unreliable? The fact that nearly all beta testers advised against it is besides the point. (I know because I was one of them that didn't and still doesn't trust the cloud). Why is the product so unreliable and "iffy"?
