password manager has a backword J as part of password???

Did you already create this password for the Lowe’s website from a Norton suggested password, and store it in Norton Password Manager, NPM? If so, once you log into your NPM vault you should be able to have NPM fill in the password for you. No need to find the strange character.

You could always use the forgot password feature on Lowe’s website and change it to something you can type in. Then Norton should save the new password for that site.

YES it is a backword J the close I could find on character map was “Latin Capital Letter T With Retroflex Hook” I can not get into my Lowe’s website because pw manager keeps asking for pw that has backword J
