Why my hp printer suddenly gone offline

I am hoping somebody can help before I try ee helpline which I usually find are useless.

hp envy 4520 all in one printer suddenly gone offline

I broadband is ee and they use cyber protect supplied by norton my above printer has suddenly gone offline and even when I use HP smart app and setup the printer for wifi connection which says its connected. when I try to print anything it has back to offline.

Are you using a VPN when you have this connection issue? If so, try adding any HP printer software exe files to the Norton VPN Split Tunnel feature.

Seems that the problem was the last windows 11 update as I had a new update and my printer is back on line.
