Upgraded to Norton Ultimate and now have no internet service with any browser. I cannot find the firewall as it is no longer a button in settings. How do I get back on line?

Hello again. Here is how to view installed updates on Windows 10:
Select Start ( Windows Icon in the left lower system tray ) > Settings ( The gear cog icon ) > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history .

MS Windows 10. Sorry, but I have no idea how to look for the updates mentioned above. I guess this is all way above my pay grade.
What OS are you using on this computer? Forgot to ask that previously.
Edited: If your connectivity is WiFi check for these updates being installed, KB5033375 and KB50532288.

Did you restart your computer after the firewall reset? Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.
Thank you for your suggestion, however still no internet with any browser on that computer. Router works with all other devices and is connected. A diagnostic states that norton.com is not responding. I guess not as all internet is blocked since upgrading to Ultimate.
When I did the firewall reset nothing seemed to happen. I have access to zero websites at this point. Any further suggestions?
