Why no replies from Norton on Identity Safe problems

I hate to pile on but I am having the same problems with Identity Safe as several people have posted on this forum.   I have the current version of Norton Internet Security and if I open my Identity Safe and them go to a site the browser will always hang.  I have to kill the browser and then disable the Identity Safe through the Norton settings.  This happens to the current versions of IE9, Firefox 16 and Chrome.  I am running Windows 7 64 bit Service Pack 1.

 

The silence from Norton on this issue is deafening.
