Why Norton may be losing me as a customer

I have been a Norton customer going way back to the early days of Windows. Following the recent N360 update to version 22.5.0.124, I'm seriously considering not renewing my subscription when it expires in another few months. Here's just a few things that annoy me about it:

1. The N360 system tray icon no longer changes shape when it's put in Silent Mode. It's now impossible to know when it's on or off unless I right click on it to see whether it tells me to turn it off or on. Why this change was made is beyond me. What was the point of changing it?

2. Subscription status no longer shows how many days are left. It just says Active. When I click on Active, it doesn't tell me anything either.

3. There's no longer a way to look at running tasks. If there is, it has been hidden somewhere.

4. Just for the record. I'm using IE11 and have been for years on a Win 8.1 system. Some months ago, I reported that the Vault would close for no reason, even though I am always logged into my Norton account. I would have to sign out of the account, sign back in again, then force the Vault to open. The latest update seems to have fixed the closing problem, but it's now having trouble with filling in log-ins. It fills them in for some sites, but not others. They all worked properly before the update and N360 has never had trouble filling them in before. If I open the log-in info for a site, everything is there, including Auto-fill and Auto-submit. Clicking on the URL, which should force it to auto-fill, does nothing.

5. Registry Cleanup no longer exists.
