Similar here: just started about 90 minutes ago, on my Samsung S4 phone. Keep getting "Compromised Wi-Fi network" notification every 10-15 minutes. Rather annoying.

I just did a chat with a Norton support person and this is what he said:
"This is actually an ongoing issue with the Norton Mobile Security App incorrectly detecting that your Network has been compromised. We are aware of this issue and is working on a fix for it. We are fully aware about this and our Engineering team is working on a solution to fix this problem. Rest assured that this will be resolved within the next 24-48 hours or will automatically apply as soon as the fix is available through Liveupdate. Rest assured your device is still safe while Norton is installed.
Your Network is still safe and secured. In the meantime, you can run scans through your Norton Mobile Security to make sure that your devices is free from any form of risks.
We are having exact same issue reported above (SSL Decrypting) ... on the Norton mobile app on an android device— started at 6:46P central time.. we of course did some trouble shooting and password changes on our router immediately and not seeing any issues that prove this is a legit error-but sure would like to confirm this is a problem with the norton mobile app— and not a legitimate threat.
Same issues on my Samsung phone as well.
How wide spread is this problem? I'm in Australia and it's 11:09am Wednesday now. I think this started late last night, but I turned wifi off and went to bed then, so I can't be sure. Hope they fix this soon.
Wow, so glad to see so many other people are having the same issue. I got this message about an hour ago on my Samsung S7 Edge. I looked up the message and saw some people were having issues earlier with ARP spoofing, but I got the same SSL decrypting message as everyone has reported here. I got a little nervous and started to suspect someone in my neighborhood was screwing around with the KRACK exploit. Nearly cut off my internet and sanitized my laptop...LOL. The message did go away when I disconnected my router and turned it back on, but it came back about five minutes later.
I'm thinking the same thing, Norton trying to scare people into trying (then buying) WiFi Privacy, as I'm given that choice after it scans my network, which I know is fine and secure with no one else in range to hack it..also only happens on the phones, not the laptop.
I am having the same issue with Norton mobile. All of our family phones started displaying the notification around 7:30 pm EDT. Checked the modem and router logs and saw nothing unusual. Norton on my PCs hasn't reported any issues .
Looks like a false positive, but we need an official statement from Norton on this.

I'm also having the same problem on my S7 on all 4 home wifi networks. Also started around 7pm central. I'll be switching AV if this isn't fixed soon.
Started tonight for me on a Samsung phone. The Norton Mobile Security app updated today. I left the house with the phone several hours after the update. When I returned home, the Compromised Network - SSL Decripting message popped up as soon as the phone reconnected with the router. Lots of people getting this message today. Other threads on this problem were initiated today. Bugs in the app update???
I am also having this problem on all 3 of my networks (2.4, 5, and guest) on my phone. I have a Samsung galaxy s7 running Norton version 4.1.0.4061. As of now, I do not see this indicated on any other device. It first appeared around 7pm central time.
Same issues and could not find anything to resolve it... Compromised and on the more option is says the same SSL Decrypting note. Checked connected devices on my router and all are known.
Anything else I should try to see if this is real, or is this likely just a false alert?
What the heck is going on? I too am seeing this on my phones
And Me too shows 27 people reporting in the last one hour.
a) Is there a hack in progress, or b) Is this some sort of Norton bug
If it is b), I hope Norton puts out a patch ASAP
Same problem here.
2.5GHz or 5GHz network same thing, SSL Decrypting.
I'm also affected with this pop up. Same thing :
SSL Decrypting
An attacker is attempting to decrypt this
network and may view and alter your
communications.
Both Samsung S5s started doing this about 5-6pm today. I have had both phones with norton security premium on them for years, no change in router, both 2.4 and 5g are affected. Laptop shows nothing. Rebooted phones, messages returned.. What's up Norton. I know no one is hacking my wifi as my neighbors aren't in range and no one is outside my house..if they were they'd be looking at the end of a shotgun.. how about posting something about what's going on or download a fix for it.
Looks like it's false positive, but only little relief,
as others have mentioned, a security/anti-virus program is worthless to me if i cannot even trust it.....
Me Too.
How do I view the Core logs?
As the above users. I see multiple threads on this and no responses from Norton. Really seems like they are just pushing you to upgrade\buy more software. Guess its time to stop the auto renews and get a new security app. Can't trust
Came here to check on the same issue. Just popped up in the past 30 minutes.
