I have a HP laptop with Windows 10 . Just purchased Norton WiFi Privacy . Msg .compatible with Windows 8 ( not Windows 10). Any help would be appreciated. I Have it installed on 3 Android devices and works fine.
If you are using standard and not admin Windows account, it can cause some issues. See if you have full admin access to your account, which might solve the problem. Additionally, I have read that reinstalling the program could help solve the issue. If that doesn't help, try restarting your laptop and see if it works then.
