WiFi, Samsung Galaxy Diagnostic

Samsung Diagnostic reports " WiFi not working" - though, in practice, everything seems to be running OK. E.g. the WiFi Data app, on the phone and, Network Scanner (router) etc. shows no error. Done all the things Samsung says should fix the problem - no remedy. Any idea, why this Diagnostic error-message occurs?

Yes, I've checked all settings. WiFi is on when Diagnostic is testing the connection.

No error messages - not from N360 or the built in security. Same error with or without VPN ( both N360 VPN and my other one). Everything seems to be working (internet/WiFi) as normal - just this weird Diagnostic error.

Is Norton giving any error messages? 

Are you able to connect to the internet and your wifi networks OK?

Is this happening when you are using Norton's VPN feature of 360?
