Need help badly. Wild Tangent Games site stopped working. Their support said I need two ports for it to work. How do I do that? Also they said they thought it was a security problem so ask Norton Security about adding Wild Tangent Games to the Allowed/Exclusion list. I contacted that dummy Nathan and all he said is he doesn't understand the question. Help!!
Hi Irfin
I first downloaded it from my HP Games site and when it stopped working I downloaded it and the games app from the Wild TangentGames Site. I keep getting a message that it stopped working and that Microsoft would search for a solution, but they never do. I have purchased wild coins from the site to play games and now can't use them because I can't access the site.

Hi SuzieQ,
Do you have the url from HP where you got the game, also which game was it, also what product where are you using.

Hi Irfin
The url is www.wildtangent.com. The latest message is Wild Tangent Games app has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is found. They never do.
You can try adding the exe of this game to the Scan, Auto-Protect and Sonar exclusion list. You can find the steps in the following Support Article:
Also, you can allow the exe of this game under Firewall program rules. You can find the steps in the following Support Article:

It sounds like the application is crashing. That would not likely be a firewall or other security program issue. Out of curiosity, does the program show up in Norton Product Tamper Protection history with access blocked to Norton? There are some programs that, instead of recovering gracefully from having access to Norton process data denied, will hang. Software should not do that, but some does. If it is not that, then Norton may not be contributing to the crash.
