I had the option to auto update my Norton 360 product as it came due today but due to the fact I had no funds to pay it, I had to contact Norton about a refund and managed to get myself the refund, pending 5 to 6 business days. I managed also to find out that by next month, within 15 days I will no longer be able to get updates. So I wonder if I should opt to purchase the latest version called Norton Security in April 2015 and sign up for one year without the auto renewal? Will Norton Security essentially be replacing Norton 360?
Since I will be purchasing a new product is it recommended I buy it out of the box from the retail market or try to upgrade online knowing that I was refunded or that is, will be refunded the amount. The bank said I am good for the amount and they will not charge me an overdraft. I actually forgot I was set for auto renewal. I prefer not to be so before I chatted with Norton I first went to my account and checked to option to be taken off the automatic renewal process. Too bad I didn't do this a month earlier.
I have only one PC and a tablet so will I need the multi-user version of Norton Security to make safe more than one device?
