@Selvakumar.S This customer is an IT manager for several businesses. His issues have been reported by me to Gayathri_R before she departed then sent to an appropriate team. Months later there is still zero action for assistance with @potomacpctech . Please advise the current status of his elevated issues if you’d be so kind.
