My PC has been trying to download the latest windows 10 anniversary update...it seems to take ages to download but then doesn't install and then starts downloading again but still doesn't install. My wife's laptop has the same issue. We have a metered plan each month although we never use anywhere near our allowance but now I notice our download data has increased hugely for no reward. Is any one else having trouble downloading the update and should we disable Norton's and then try to download the windows 10 update.
