Windows 10 Hello Face stopped working after installing Norton 360. Norton was not able to fix this, and I also completely rebuilt my computer from the ground up on or Windows 10 and I can provide it is not a hardware issue. I need help.
I updated all the drivers. I read the microsoft article, it gave no solutions I have not already tried. I am running Windows 10 version 1090 OS build 18363.1256
When updating the drivers the only change that did is now only goodix fingerprint reader shows up under biometric devices
Hello Rex. Since you said you reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 10, drivers CAN be the issue. Please read this Microsoft article on the issue. What version is your Windows install and build? Do you have any other security software installed that is running / loading at boot time with Windows?
