Windows 10 misusing mobile app sign in

When using password manager with Windows edge or internet explorer you get two alerts to unlock the app on Windows, one will just tell it’s a request from Scunthorpe, (which is the right one but not right address), the other has the pin shown on Windows screen. The problem then is that Windows doesn’t save the password you have entered to access Adobe Cloud, which is what happened to me, it then saved and entered the website address as the password! I have deleted password manager from Windows Edge & disabled it with internet explorer and am using Firefox, entering password manually.

Thanks for your your help that fixed the problem, can I though give more feedback on not at the moment using Norton Password manager on Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer. If you’re installed password manager and updated to IOS 13.1.3, uninstall the older version then reinstall it. If you’re signing into a site using Firefox or other browser ignore the pop up asking if you want to save the “new sign in, Microsoft will then not save the password correctly. But thanks once again that fixed it

Hi john les:

Could you provide more information?  Were you using the latest Norton Password Manager for Edge v6.5.1.6 on a Windows 10 PC and trying to log in to the Adobe Document Cloud with your Adobe ID as described in the Adobe support article Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud ?

Are you currently using Norton Password Manager for Firefox v6.5.1.7 (released 05-Sep-2019) with your Firefox browser?  If this browser extension is not filling in the password for your login automatically, does your login for the Adobe Document Cloud use a split page login (i.e., username and password are entered on separate pages) as described in the Norton support article Fix Norton Password Manager web form autofill problems ?
