Windows 10 Network Reset required after Norton Utilities Premium Automatic Care

Each time one runs Norton Utilities Premium Automatic Care, and then shuts down the machine, a Windows 10 Network Reset is required, otherwise there is no internet at the next machine startup. Any solution to this?

Because you mention "and then shuts down the machine", the first suggestion I can make is to ensure that you have turned off Windows Fast Startup feature. If the Fast Startup is used for the Shutdown, it does not give a complete system shutdown that would reset your network for you. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.

Hello kwds. This post is in the incorrect board. I've ask for it to be moved to the "Other Norton Products/Services" board where it will get the appropriate exposure for an answer.
