The screenshot in the first link shows the exact error code I received just this afternoon when updating my HP Windows 11 22H2 laptop. This is related to duplication of drivers and its update availability when those drivers are already installed on a system. The first forums thread was from back in February 2023. The second forums thread is from March 2023 as well with users still seeing the issue and related to drivers. We now know this situation has NOT been corrected, and relates to OEM releases and the drivers being offered a second time via Windows Updates.
Since this is out of the control of customers to fix, the best approach is to report the error via the Feedback Hub and be patient as Microsoft works with the company and team who wrote the errant driver to correct the problem.
