Ok, I’m not violating any NDAs but I have been testing various sec suites beta and otherwise with Win 7. Norton wins… it’s given me the least problem of any suite I’ve tested which includes F-Secure 2009, Eset Smart Security 3 & beta 4, Avira Premium Suite 9 (beta), Comodo, AVG and so far NIS would be my choice at this point in time. (alas i have to reinstall every 14 days but I can’t say what builds I’ll get and I don’t know how my licence for testing NIS 2009 will work with multi reinstalls). BTW, x86 only, I don’t have a x64 yet, that’ll prob be the same one the public gets in January. As far as Win 7 goes, Symantec has a winner, kudos to the Norton team and testers that made it IMHO the best Suite for Win 7 right now.
