Windows 7 Ultimate x64 can't be BitLockered after a ghost 15 copy

I purchased and installed Ghost 15.  LiveUpdate says it's up to date.  I use this to copy both partitions of a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 laptop disk to an SSD.

Problem 1 - When I boot, the boot manager comes up.  This was easily fixed by 'msconfig'.

Problem 2 - When I try to place the SSD under BitLocker, I get the error:

The path specified in the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) for a BitLocker Drive Encryption integrity-protected application is incorrect. Please verify and correct your BCD settings and try again.

After a bit of searching, I encounter Microsoft KB 929834, which does absolutely nothing for me.  I also encounter references to BootIt NG, which doesn't seem to like Windows x64.

How do I fix this?
