Hi,I need some advice please. I use a program called File Hippo Update Checker & recently downloaded a new version. On doing so,I clicked on the program icon to access & got this message: "Launch error 1156. An error occurred in sending the command to the application". I click "ok" on this message & the program launches as normal, but after using CCleaner & Advanced System Care & even uninstalling & re-installing File Hippo, the error message still appears.
I need to know if this error,(which may be in the registry???) is bad for my desktop pc,Windows 7,32bit & what I can to to resolve it?I'm very wary about downloading any registry repair tools,as I've read of some bad experiences,if that is the answer, unless someone can recommend a good, safe one. Will it matter if I just ignore the error message? Hope someone can help please.
Thanks, Seabiscuit
