I've been using Norton 360 on Windows for many years on multiple machines. Current computer is Windows 7, and I'm trying to restore/purge online backup sets from old machines that have been replaced. The Norton Backup Drive functioned just fine for one of my older backup sets, but when trying to execute any action on the oldest backup set, Windows Explorer crashes. Getting the same results on different machines, so I suspect the online backup set is corrupted. How can this be corrected?
